Our story
Why a UX conference in Rotterdam, and who runs it.
The Netherlands had no shortage of UX events, and plenty of them were good. What it did not have was a two-day conference in Rotterdam with room for 650 people, two stages, and workshops you actually build something in. So we made one. We run it as a small team with a lot of help from the community, and we keep the price as low as the room allows.

UX Rotterdam is an international conference bringing together the people shaping the future of user experience, product design, creativity, and digital innovation. Following a successful debut in 2026, welcoming approximately 550 attendees, UX Rotterdam returns on April 22–23, 2027, at Theater Zuidplein in Rotterdam. The second edition brings together an even more international community of designers, researchers, product innovators, creative leaders, and technology pioneers for two days of inspiration, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections.
