Yes — all workshops are included. There’s no extra charge or separate registration. Simply arrive early; seating is first come, first served.

Yes. Tickets can be transferred free of charge to another person until 1 April 2026. Email info@uxrotterdam.com with your order number and the new attendee’s details.
No unfortunately. All tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer them to someone else until 1 April 2026.
No. Both evening events — the live podcast at Grace and the afterparty at the Grit — are included with your ticket. Just bring your badge.
Yes. At the conference venue Lunch, coffee, and snacks are included both days.
Some of the keynote talks will be recorded and shared with attendees after the event. Workshops will not be recorded. Keynote slides will be shared.
