About Hector Ayuso
Héctor Ayuso is a creative director, storyteller, brand consultant and experience designer with 25+ years in the industry. He’s worked across Spain, Italy, the UK, US, and LATAM—blending design, film, tech, and narrative into bold, award-winning work. After founding and running OFFF Festival for over two decades, he now focuses on Paradiso, an intimate creative retreat in Mérida, MX— created to bring together creators, artists, studios, and thinkers seeking real connection, inspiration, and a slower, more human way of gathering.

What is your vision on our creative industry?
Héctor sees the creative industry at a pivotal moment. While emerging tools—AI, real-time engines, immersive tech—are rapidly expanding what’s possible, they’ve also contributed to a culture of burnout and disconnection.
What drives his work isn’t the technology itself, but how it’s used. He’s drawn to creativity that feels—work that builds culture, not just content.
With Paradiso, Héctor explores new ways of gathering: slower, smaller, more intentional. For him, the future of creativity isn’t just about speed or scale—it’s about depth, meaning, and human connection.
