About Anna Arteeva
Anna Arteeva is a product design leader and AI educator exploring how emerging tools are reshaping the craft of design.
A former Head of Product Design at Payoneer, she now teaches teams around the world how to prototype with AI, build multimodal experiences, and rethink what product design means in an era where interfaces speak, listen, adapt, and act.
Through her workshops, courses, and talks, Anna helps designers move beyond the visual layer and into a new frontier of product experience.
What is your vision on our UX industry?
I see the UX industry moving through a deep shift. AI isn’t just speeding up our workflows; it’s changing what we make and who gets to make it. Suddenly a lot more people can do a lot more things, designers included. And that changes the rhythm of our work.
Vibe-coding had a big impact on my own practice. Design became less about producing artefacts and more about exploring living systems: products that reason, respond, and personalise themselves in real time. It expanded what a designer can express without waiting for engineering.
Yet the core of the craft stays the same: clarity, empathy, and good taste. Tools evolve fast, but the responsibility of shaping meaningful experiences remains very human. The future of UX sits in that balance between powerful new capabilities and the timeless skill of understanding people and designing with intention.
