About Saskia Mosterman

Saskia is a digital product designer at Koos Agency, a strategic design agency that helps organizations innovate through human-centered design.

With over a decade of experience, she creates products and services that tackle complex challenges, from public services like the Dutch COVID pass and the Dutch Digital Identity Wallet to commercial platforms such as global marketplace OLX.

She believes design should create a just, enriching world. Grounded in accessibility and research, and driven by an open, experimenting mindset, she now explores how AI is reshaping UX design and empowers designers to craft experiences that truly matter. 

What is your vision on our UX industry?

UX is at a turning point. For years, designers shaped screens and touchpoints. Now, with AI, experiences are becoming fluid, contextual, and often invisible.

Our role is expanding: not only crafting what people see and do, but also guiding how intelligent systems anticipate needs, build trust, and act on behalf of users.

What excites me most is the combination of AI, accessibility, and experimentation. Together they enable us to scale, include everyone, and invent new practices.

The future of UX is not about products in isolation, but about shaping the fabric of everyday life, connecting platforms, moments, and people into meaningful, human-centered experiences.

Beyond the Touchpoint: Designing AI-Driven Journeys

The Keynote:
User experiences are no longer confined to isolated touchpoints. Powered by AI, interactions flow seamlessly across platforms, shifting into continuous, ambient, and sometimes invisible journeys. This talk explores what that transformation means for UX: moving beyond single interactions toward designing ecosystems of AI-driven experiences.

The Workshop:
In this hands-on 3-hour workshop for UX designers, you’ll learn how to design for AI-first ecosystems. We’ll explore how AI dissolves isolated touchpoints into continuous, multi-platform experiences, and practice creating user flows and UX patterns that span channels, contexts, and moments. Through collaborative exercises, you’ll experiment with cross-channel design approaches and discuss how to create seamless, ambient interactions that feel natural, predictive, and human-centred.
